Mount Royal University

what’s campus like?

With innovation and student experience as the core, MRU provides students with a welcoming community that encourages hands-on experience with research, community service, social innovation and much more. It sits on the traditional, ancestral territories of the Niitsitapi (Blackfoot) and the people of the Treaty 7 region in Southern Alberta including the Tsuut’ina and the Îyâxe Nakoda. It is also home to the Otipemisiwak Métis.

We are currently in the process of hiring a new campus minister. In the meantime, please feel free to reach out to Jess at jandrews@united-church.ca who is the chaplain at the U of C and providing some coverage at MRU while we hire. We would love to connect with you to support you to begin, continue, or rethink your faith journey. Also check out the Multifaith & Spirituality Supports office (I-143A) for more resources.
