Forest Bathing

  • Agora Dining Hall Prince George, BC Canada (map)

Forest bathing is the practice of immersing yourself in nature in a mindful way, using your senses to derive a whole range of benefits for your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. It is also known as Shinrin-yoku. This practice originated in Japan in the 1980s and is a wonderful way to process and release stress, and to connect with the natural world.

We meet at the ISCC Chapel space  7-210 just before 9 and head out together to one of the beautiful UNBC forest trails.

Later Event: November 21
